How God Wants To Bless You
Malachi 3:7-11

I. God Will Bless Me Abundantly

Honor the LORD with your wealth, with the first fruits of all your crops; then your barns will be filled to overflowing, and your vats will brim over with new wine. Proverbs 3:9-10 (NIV)

“Test me in this,” says the LORD Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for it. I will prevent pests from devouring your crops, and the vines in your fields will not cast their fruit,” says the LORD Almighty. Malachi 3:8-11 (NIV)

II. God Will Bless Me Abundantly As I Give.

“…Will a man rob God? Yet you rob me.” But you ask, ‘How do we rob you?’ “In tithes and offerings. You are under a curse – the whole nation of you – because you are robbing me.” Malachi 3:8-9

But remember the LORD your God, for it is He who gives you the ability to produce wealth, and so confirms his covenant, which he swore to your forefathers, as it is today. Deuteronomy 8:18 (NIV)

Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Malachi 3:10 (NIV)

Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You
give a tenth of your spices—mint, dill and cumin. But you have
neglected the more important matters of the law—justice, mercy and
faithfulness. You should have practiced the latter, without neglecting the
former. Matt. 23:23 (NIV)

Then he said to them, “Give to Caesar what is Caesar’s, and to God what is God’s.” Matthew 22:21 (NIV)
